You know, Verdi is my favorite opera composer, but I confess I have never been fond of that aria. I know, I know...Don Carlo is a beautiful opera, the music is great, but that aria is just not a favorite. That being said, I did listen to her sing the aria here on Youtube at your suggestion...her vocal tone is splendid. But I still don't like the aria lol. Thank you.
