It's all about enforcement. Illegal guns are already illegal. Murder with a gun is already illegal. What needs to happen is increased enforcement of the current laws, increased punishments for violations, and a halt to new laws attacking certain firearms for their appearance.

Everyone interested in this issue should research Project Exile in Richmond, VA. Great example of enforcement.
