but now i'm thinking, the way yamapi portrays his role in nobuta wo produce as kusano akira the same as how KIng's character is portrayed... well, maybe PI used takashi's acting as his peg right?

For people asking about "Billy" here and in other videos...He is mentioned even in other episodes, concerning Hikaru's (Makoto's girlfriend) mental health...

...I think it's a reference to the American Billy Milligan, the first person to be diagnosed with a MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) and to use this issue as a defense during a process. In the end, he was released.

Billy published his story in Japan in the nineties, so...I believe during the setting of IWGP he was well-known.
