We live in Berchtesgaden, and have traveled to Salzburg many, many times. Your videos show the best of the city. I especially like the involvement of the locals! They show how really friendly the locals are. You can never have a bad day in Salzburg! I posted your videos on my FB site to share with family and friends at home, to entice them to come for a visit! Thank you for posting these videos!
Just watched all three videos. . . both funny and intelligent! Well that enough about me! :) the videos are also good! LOL.
Seriously, I am going to Salzburg later this year and its great to see the place before we actually arrive. Lots of ideas and stuff to see and do. Excellent!

Wow. I've watched your videos about Salzburg and I have to say you know so much more about my country than I do, and if I wouldn't already live here, you would have convinced me to visit Salzburg. XD
Thank you for watching and commenting. It's nice to hear you're motivated to hit the road, see the world. This is my goal, convince others to travel. I have many more videos of European cities planned; just need to get other projects out of the way first. I'm hoping by March.
Very nice job! I'm sure it was a lot of work... All three parts have good background info, and all the pics are taken from the right spots. Bravo, you know Salzurg!
HUGE compliment coming from a Salzburger. THANK YOU! And I can see you know your stuff, too, taking Stiegl's "höchster Stufe" to new heights auf dem Lattengebirge. Cheers!
You didn't mention the best thing about the Christmas market: Krampuslauf. The locals get drunk around Christmas time and run around beating people with their whips. Its great!
You're right, good times indeed. But even more so across the border in Berchtesgaden. Check out my Berchtesgaden-Obersalzberg video (part I). You'll see the video still is of a Krampus creature, which is featured from around minute 1:55. If during your visit you missed the Berchtesgaden Krampuslauf, you now have an excuse to return (typically Dec. 5-6).
