Next time make the screen bigger. If you're using Windows Movie Maker, which is what I use, after you click on publish, you change the size of the video I believe. For example I probably end up changing it to 1360x720 I believe not entirely sure. But hopefully taht gives you an idea on how to change it.

You shouldn't call it a Tutorial unless you give instructions.

There is a thing that plugs into a Microphone Jack. I'm not sure you know what it is, but it's cheaper to get than the computer you're using.

This is a Video, I shouldn't have to read. Why upload a video without relevant Audio? The way I see it is if you're not using a microphone, It's best to put up a free blog somewhere with screenshots and annotate them and write on your blog.Nobody is gonna watch a Movie Review with there just being clips of the movie in the video and the commentary on the movie will be in the description box. So, why do you think voiceless video tutorials are worth uploading?

@TheWitcherZ my point is this is a video sharing site with audio. If look for a video on how to bake a cake, I expect to hear instructions, not see a guy bake a cake without saying a word and reading the instructions.

I could easily do piano "tutorials" by playing a midi file and not know how to play.

By not using a microphone, it makes you look like a noob that doesn't know how to get it to work and why would I look for tech advice from a guy that can't even use a mic?

I've been trying to play MGS2 and MGS3 but the rendering for water is too much to handle. Is there a way to bypass that? Or will I have to wait a couple of years...? or just upgrade (or build a pc)...? Thank you.

@macro312 What do you mean by "too much to handle"?If the water glitches are the problem,you should try running in the software mode,because that issue is a well-known and common one with Metal Gear Solid both 2 and 3,and this seems the only way of fixing it,but you may experience FPS drop.You PC is high above the requirements so hardware is not a problem,its the pcsx2 itself.

Hi! Thanks for the tutorial but I have 2 questions.

Number 1: I've got a saitek p880 dual analog gamepad and when I click test device in PcSX2 it works fine, but when im in a game the gamepad dosen't work, I am pressing every freakin' button but it dosen't work.. is there anywhere that you can choose the device you wanna play with?

Number 2: All games I play have good quality at first but after 15 secs everything gets super blur and laggy and I have tested every settings in PCSX2.Help me plz!

@iPhoneDudew Well, about the gamepad,the test command in pcsx2 actually tests only the plugin,not the device itself.I think that you may need to find another controller plugin which supports your analog gamepad.I dont think i can help you much with this one,because im not into controllers/gamepads,so you might try and ask around on ngemu forums which controller plugins supports it.For the No.2 issue-Can you please post your PC specs?Also,make sure your drivers are updated to latest versions.

Im having problems with the "BIOS". the wholle selection is blank, nothing. I've tried to select the dictonary, but nothing. HEELP ;( want to play Ratchet and Clank 1 ;(!

@SovikVll Maybe,you are reading bios files from the wrong folder/location.Make sure that you put Bios folder(containing Bios files of course) in root location of your pcsx2 emulator (pcsx2\Bios)where the .exe and the other data files/plugins are.After,make sure you map the bios selection to that Bios folder corectly(the one containing the Bios files).There should be "Set Bios Directory" in Configuration panel.Use that to map the folder corectly.

@1waleedman Which controller are using and for which port is it? From what i've heard,most people use Xbox 360 controller(with USB port) with pcsx2 and they don't have any problems,or you can even use PS3 or wireles controllers as long as you have drivers installed for them.

@offgreat1 It will,if you have a decent graphic card(you didn't posted which one you have),but you will have to change all the graphic options to lower quallity so you could get a decent FPS,and possibly you will have to use a few speedhacks as well.

@robinsamma Are you using ripped ISO,or any other type of image file as a game?It can be run from both ripped image files or CD/DVD's ,it's just a matter of choice,i prefer ISO's though.What doesn't work,can you be more specific and post PC specs as well?

@dlwill80 Pixel shader is not something you can just obtain like that :) It comes with the graphic card.Pixel shader version 1.0 first arrives on Nvidia graphic cards in GeForce 3 series,and 1.4 was introduced with Radeon R200 (8500-9250) series...To sum this up,i will be able to tell which version of pixel shader your GPU has,but only when you tell me which graphic card do you have.That includes manufacturer and model.If you dont know how to check it out,just google it.

@dlwill80 For a decent performance,you'll need to upgrade to at least 2048MB of RAM and to a dual-core processor.Gsdx9 is only the graphic plugin which pcsx2 uses,not the graphic card itself.Go to Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager and click the "+" button next to the Display Adapters.You should see your graphic card model and manufacturer then.Also,as I said,to improve your performance,you should really upgrade your PC a bit.You could also try improving performance with speedhacks...

I can't select anything from the Bios list. It remains blank and I have put the Bios files in the Bios folder in the main directory.

I load up the emulator and mount the iso on Daemon tools, go run the game and it comes up with the playstation2 home screen...and that it. What am I doing wrong? I've tried and tested with different GS plugins and different versions of the PCSX2 but it wont load up...help?

@oOxCaramelxOo You can't mount the ps game iso's with Daemon tools,depends on the version of pcsx2 you are using,in file menu,there should be a "Run/Load Iso command".After that you browse through the menu,and search and select the desired iso file/game.

@oOxCaramelxOo For speed,you could try using speedhacks which are located in Confing>Advanced if i remember correctly.Also you can lower the resolution or turn off effects such as tripple buffering etc...In Graphic menu.Much also depends on your PC specs(CPU/proccesor,GPU/graphi­c card).About the sound,indicating that you have music but no voice could be a common issue with game you are trying to run.Try google and check how to solve it if there is solution after all.Pcsx2 isn't flawles after all
