I just purchased & seems pretty good so far I dont find anything wrong with it personally. The thing what I found weird I cant take off the brush head, I am scared if I pull on it too hard that I might break it. Also I have no idea how to clean it because it says its water resistant only right. There is no clean instructions on how to use and clean this product. Thats the negative side of the product. Can someone explain to me how to take the brush head off and how to clean them as well

I jus got mine today and love it. I wouldnt recomend anybody using it under or around the eye cuz when I did, it hurt, ouch!

When im using it, can i move it around my eyearea, like my lid and under eye? Or this is not recomended because of the delicate surface of the eye. Because i was thinking it would be nice to help remove those stubborn eye makeup...

@0912Elena Everyone has a different skin type, that is why the 3 different brush heads are great. We have soft, medium and firm. For your skin type, we would suggest using the soft brush head going over your face only once for one minute. From there, you can see how your skin feels and decide on how often you want to use it!
