  • I was 135lbs at 5'8", now I'm 156.9lbs in 4 months. Try my routine! We have the same body type.

    Upper body Routine (Monday/Thursday)

    Shoulder Press, Inclined Chest Press, Flat Chest Press, Lat Pull Downs, Seated Row, Biceps

    Triceps, Abs.

    Lower body Routine (Tuesday/Friday)

    Squats, Dead Lift, Hack Squats, Leg Curls, Calf Raises.

    Cold 8oz bottle of water with 40-50g protein power(1during workout,1before bed).

    Get your traps & chest big! girls LOVE strong shoulders! Get a tan! GOOD LUCK!
