well they brought out a gau (reliquary- a shrine for some relic, maybe a statue it could be the rangjung kharsapani vertebrae of tsangpa gyare) and moved it from one part of the Dzong to another part and most insensitively the cameraman was so busy filming that he didnt realise he was right in the path of the procession. looking at the few people present it was not a major thing.
