@kay8x if you have mostly muscle rather than fat then it helps to endurance run, running or jogging for a long time rather than sprinting, will help slim down your legs. Also try searching for SNSD workout 1/2 eng. They show you an exercise that helps slim your legs and it definitely works. Tried it and got slimmer legs in a few weeks. :)
