  • I just did 30 of each of these taking small breaks in-between the did some pilates and came back and did 30 of each again... I think my legs may fall off--

  • @kay8x if you have mostly muscle rather than fat then it helps to endurance run, running or jogging for a long time rather than sprinting, will help slim down your legs. Also try searching for SNSD workout 1/2 eng. They show you an exercise that helps slim your legs and it definitely works. Tried it and got slimmer legs in a few weeks. :)

  • @waseem1173 lol yeah but bones don't make and hourglass figure all on their own. You need a little fat to do that. Just like the booty. It requires some fat to really be called one or it's flat as a pancake (aka continuous back).

  • @anamneses28 muscle can give you definition as well with the exception of the hips:). muscles' the part of our body we don't consider because lets face it its hard to built (unlike fat). in fact a true hourglass figure really looks amazing with a low body fat %. if you go the easy way thinking your fat is giving you curves it might look stunning in a dress but clothes off your abdominal area gives it away.

  • @waseem1173 Oh yes, I definitely agree with being within a healthy body fat % range. I know the value of strength/weight training. I'm just saying, go over board and you could lose your curves. To me you have to target areas right for *your* body. That's really all I'm saying.

  • @thestar1122 I don't think so. They were barefoot, and if you wore shoes it may hinder you ability to fully lift your feet like they showed.

  • I did this exercise.. at first it really hurts ur legs but this is my third or fourth time doing it n it doesnt hurt as much as the first time and i think i did like 50 something or maybe 60 so after a while u can do a lot and it wont hurt as much as the first time. :)
