He asked me to write it on a paper and he kept it on is pocket, so he wouldn't forget. =) Your mom loves you and always will. Just let her know that you love her very much too! Be strong! =)

My grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimers this year and I have seen it take over her quicker than I could ever had imagined. I keep telling myself it will get better and that she's probably just having an off day the times it is most noticable. A year ago she was like any adult woman, she went out dancing, she held dinners with the family, she could do perfectly fine on her own. Now she can't even start her DVD's of Sex and the City on her own every day. In the end it is just life..

My mother passed away four years ago which Literally shattered my world, then my aunt was diagnosed with the same genetic disease ,Which brought back bad memories and created some more. We all go through rough times,some less than others but that's life and you can't change it(Even if you want to)

All the "Macho" 12 year olds here, just know that you will all in high probability be subject of this disease, either as a relative or as the person with it. Just be thankfull it didnt happen when you were a kid!
