When I download a creature from spore.com or download one from inside the game, The creatures dont appear when I download them from the spore website. They only appear when I download them from inside the game.

Also the ones I download inside the game, i dont know how to use them

I click on new game, I pick my creatures diet and then it brings up recommended creatures.. but i dont see the ones that I downloaded.

Please help me. I really want help

Don't know why this was flagged as spam. I would have answered earlier otherwise. When you download off the site or in game the creations are in there, but it will be random when or where you encounter them as you play. If you take the png files and manually add them to your creations folder you will see them in your Sporepedia. You can also subscribe to your favourite creators and view their stuff in another section of your Sporepedia.
