What nakedness are you talking about???? Sure God's standard remains sure. I had to watch the video again...I never saw her bra nor her underwear. Unless you are talking of wearing a head tie; which I can respond she isn't praying and Paul was only talking from a cultural standpoint else there will be other accounts in the bible (i.e 2 or 3 witness and a matter is established).
