I've seen Roky five times since he started performing again. He has never failed to deliver the goods. Some nights were a little better than others , but , if he sang with any more power than he does on average , he could bring the cieling down. He may sound gruff , here , but people definitely come to hear him sing. One of the truly great Rock'n'Roll voices , still.

he sounds really bad. i love the guy and the 13 floors but it dosnet sound like he has the chops he once did. i dont think people are gong to hear him sing thouhg, their going just to be able to see Rocky

The guy is in his 60's and so is Mick Jagger, Roger Daltrey, Steve Winwood, Etc. none of them sound like they did in the 60's..
