My best guess (with more than 99% certainty over other present theories) would be that the Earth was formed from the vast amount of meteor collisions that made up the early solar system.

The moon may be older than the earth (I haven't checked the science behind this notion, so I may be off), because the moon was most likely formed from a foreign object smashing into the Earth and, in essence, ripping a giant chunk off.

How do you reckon that bit about the crystals? I'm absolutely dumbfounded by your base notions; it's like we took high-school chemistry in different universes.
