music is not haram,if 50 cent is doing it in a haram way than that doesn't mean the music is haram,just like Islam when some Muslim is bad that doesn't mean that Islam is bad but rather the person who did bad acts is bad,

use music for good,music can help the youth to understand Islam better and Islam is spreading faster like that,music is a way of art,so use it in the best way,peace!

I totally agree with you Azir, its the intention not the actual instrument thats bad music like TV, radio, internet as good things in it as well as bad, music is the same thing it can be used for good or evil, its neutral and so Muslim music is a great alternative for young Muslims like me who trying their best to practice Islam.

(but soz, Sami Yusuf, Samir al Bashiri, Ahmad Bukhatir, Mishary Rashid Al Afasy - they're the guys who i like the most. best Islamic songs come from them and all except the first dont use instruments).
