Isn't there players that can like floor this dude in like 6 seconds or something? You need to make him dizzy and as soon as he starts to do his trademark "stomp" back to you you need to do a gut shot. I remember playing him, he was hard.

I use a composite cable to connect the super nintendo to my pinnacle-500 capture card on my PC. I also use pinnacle studio software to edit the video.

The easiest way would be to use the original Nintendo Red/White/Yellow cable that comes with the SNES, and connect that directly to the PC capture card. Or record the gameplay on a DVD or VHS and rip the DVD to the PC, or capture the VHS with a yellow composite cable.
