@dumbtrooper you can use bread yeast, will produce a lower alcohol percentage as wine yeast or champagne yeast but it definitely works. its what i use and its working its fine
Yes you need fruit or fruit joice plus of course yeast, best thing to do is search Google for Wine Making. I make white wine from Juice juice which I get from the local supermarket plus sugar and yeast. After after napprox 1 month the wine is ready to bottle, keep it for about 2 months, this will help improve the taste. As I mentioned search google for the exact process for what you need to make 'white wine'
@anticrossmodulation You want to know something funny? Not haha funny, but bizarre funny. I've made red wine (hooch to be more exact) from Welch's when I was in college in a dorm. I waited 2 weeks until most of the fermentation stopped. Then I put it back into the same store bought bottle (cleaned and sterilized of course) after filtering. I then kept in the fridge to avoid anymore fermentation. I used baker's yeast and besides the slight bread taste, It was AWESOME. Got me good and drunk too!
its hooch not wine

@dumbtrooper buy some 23 percent turbo yeast 7 days.. or some 48hour turbo ... pack cost like ten bucks
makes 25 liters like a buck a litre.. normal yeast sucks for making hooch unless you want to wait months and months
