  • I wished I know this much earlier. I hardly did any stretching before and after playing tennis, basketball and running. Now, I had archille tendondis which I could not play competitive in any sport and I felt pain after each game. The sport medine doctor asked me to do bunch of stretching. However, the recovery is way too slow... The best thing is to avoid any type of tendonis and the solution is to do stretching as much as possible.
