Ban bail outs and start using the money to restore American back into a science-driven manufacturing industrial economy again and implement a series of national domestic policies to make industrial manufacturing profitable and flexible in American again. Most important is to level the economic playing field against unfair global free trade and replacing it with FAIR TRADE POLICIES! Like tariffs against under priced imports & services. Encouraging tax policies to encourage domestic manufacturing
