some things you can only let someone know through singing them,some you can plainly speak,some messages you can only roar out and some you can only play out,as to express it to the fullest because you just cant express it exactly as well without doing these things,guys like buckethead could probably play guitar during an interview or zakk could do the same when asked "how do you feel about this or that?" and they could play it in such a way that youd understand exactly how they feel,to me...

I have this dvd, and every time I watch this song it still tears a hole in my heart.. People go on and on about Zakk's amazing talent and ability to play like that, which is incredible to say the least, but it's his songwriting and attidude and devotion to the music and his brothers which makes me a fan more than anything.. sdmf guys an gals, much fuckin' love, and of course, rip Dimebag 'Diamond' Darrell.

Probably the best live rendition of a song I've ever heard... Almost completely different from the studio recording and in my opinion way better.

this man does not know when to stop. there was no need for the 5 minute entrance solo. he's a fantastic guitar player..but i don't think he realises how much he over plays...especially live. nothing wrong with an extended solo spot or altering a song for playing live..but this is excessive!

@nirvana9983 Unfortunately in the case of music my ears over rule my heart. if you watched the dvd you would understand what i'm saying. he has giant solo spots right through his set, with him just shredding up and down the neck..he makes current GnR look restrained! don't get me wrong he's a great player but he could tone it down and be that much better.

Don't get me wrong, i thought the studio solo was rubbish as well. completely missed the point. a piano ballad with a shredding solo. you know when a song calls for a fast guitar run and when it doesn't this song definitely didn't need it. thats his style though. which you can either like or dislike. in the majority of cases i like him but in this case? no way! otherwise great song though.

@rocklikebrucelee yeah i know of dime i've been listening to him for long enough! he would agree a tasteful solo is always best over a melodic song. floods,this love(although that song is heavy as fook) cemetery gates even. tasteful solos which fits the song. i'm not ripping on him because he plays fast. i'm complaining because he over played...simple as. he's amazing and i love a large majority of his solos and music but you have to admit he overplays(especially live). thats my opinion anyway.
