Is this guy serious? There is no way doing it like that will do anything for the muscle. If I only moved my arm 3 inches down, i bet i could do that much weight also.. Shew.. ANYONE could
@crazyquick1 Ok that's fine but I was working a particular part of the bicep and not intening to be doing preacher curls. I would like to see you do 80 lbs. curls and any help or suggestions from you will be appreciated.
You're moving the dumbell only about 2 centimetres in those preacher curls. Your upper arm is supposed to be on the sloped part of the pad, and curl it up all the way, and down all the way.
