I don't get what makes people think Obama doesn't follow through on his promises. He said he'd bring the troops home. He did. He said he'd turn the economy around. He pretty much did. He said he'd introduce a health care reform plan. He did. Oh, and while he was at it, he authorized the operation that killed Bin Laden.

I don't know what kind of backwards you have to be to think he's anything but one of the most honest and effective presidents that America has ever had.

@highrollin2 Troops home: started 2-3 more wars, and he's leaving behind tens of thousands of troops, PMCs ect. not to mention dozens of bases and a Baghdad base the size of the Vatican.

Economy: what causes the rising prices/inflation he's talking about? TARP and stimulus spending. We still have rising inflation and unemployment at 8%. 15% by the old measures.

@highrollin2 He didn't bring the troops home like he said he was going to do in 2009; he just followed George Bush's mandated timeline for withdrawal that he passed in 2008 saying that all US troops would leave Iraq by the end of the year 2011. While he was President he actually started bombing sanctions in Libya and Yemen and sent special forces into Uganda. The only thing Obama really did was add more debt; anyone could do that. I want see more of a steele hand and less of a velvet glove. I am going to vote for you no matter what because a Supreme court judge is getting ready to kick the bucket. Citizens United was passed with a 1 judge advantage by the republicans. Imagine what they will do if they have a 2 judge advantage. Regardless of which republican it is in my opinion it is not worth the risk.
