get a light 4wd with trax. come on... the whole heavy ass engine big tire thing just makes your dick feel bigger. it is in no way good in mud.. must be the ego thing. ohh and what does more power do when your already spinning? ya. not shit.. myth of bigger, heavier trucks do better in mud. busted
@poppybond what myth? we were trying to prove nothing here but making tractor tires fit on a truck we got for free. from the sounds of it you have no idea about wheeling, so please leave your ridiculous comments to yourself.
@tylerhodgson699 with the cost of the tracks (aka Mattrax) you might as well stick to big ass tires...althought...sometimes mud has no "base" (packed bottom) and wider floatation tires would work out much better for ya...can't beat a free truck tho
@poppybond If you have a lighter truck on the same size tires then you wont get any traction. If you actually knew anything about physics you might know that.
@DonJohnsonChevrolet i hope you're kidding...Cavaliers are the disposable, ain't got no cash cause i bought a 1/5th of vodka last night, cars brought to you by Chevrolet.
im willing to bet that if that truck had a little bit of weaght over the back axle it would have helped out with pullin that truck out.... sick truck though.
I could imagine though. And you don't exactly get Prius gas mileage with tires like those! ;) Nicely done though, glad you got out. I didn't have another truck though to try and help me. Instead I pulled down trees just tryin' to get out. xD Super excited though for the "Blizzard" up north!!!!!! :D
Lmao. A winch might have helped, lol. I have my tiny little pickup, even with her lift and 33's, she's still lightweight, but I gots meself a 9,000 lb. winch, lmao! So I had that to help me out. But yeah, I know EXACTLY how you feel. Got stuck in the SAAAAAME crap. In the middle of winter too, out in Rockford
Reminds me of my truck....Had the same problem> EXACT same problem, lol. Check out the vid if ya want on my page. :D I ended up getting out thanks to my winch. Maybe you should have had one, lol.
@BubonicPlague88 both the dodge and silverado on tractor tires are my neighbours. the ram is a 2500 on 35" Mickey Thompson Baja calws. we had easily 75ft of strap and were getting 30 feet runs just get the truck to move. check out my other vidoe of the black silverado doing a gully hill climb. thats my DD
your not stuck till your out of fuel.

@poppybond Actually bigger tires do help in the mud, they are for clearance, which helps you not get stuck......

@theking12089 its no big deal, they are really skinny, it has no bed, and they used a sawzall on the fenders
