  • nice! i do a lot of breakdancing and my flexibility rly hinders me... imma buy some tomorrow. i as well can barely inch forward when i do the straddle stretch and its rly sad lol

  • Go to ur local farmers market and get MSM for horses...its not only hella cheaper but u can get massive doses of it with NO side effects. I was scared at first cause I was like damn thats for horses? but turns out it has really helped with my shoulder injury and has helped for after grappling practice for soreness and after workouts. I like it...

  • MSM is great, but I've read the following problem can result from consuming large amounts of it:

"... Jonathan Wright, MD point out that MSM can create a *molybdenum deficiency*because exogenous, (outside) sources of sulfur will drain molybdenum resources because the molybdenum is essential for sulfur metabolism..."

Any thoughts on getting extra molybdenum while using MSM?

  • I enjoy the sitting-down format. You seem more relaxed to me (though I haven't seen all of your videos--you have lots of them, heh--so perhaps you are relaxed in others, too).

  • I take large doses of MSM and I simply put it in my water. Once I let it dissolve, if I have the right amount, I cannot taste it at all. You get used to it, and it's probably better that way. Definitely easy to get by. :)

  • Hey Brandon, this is a bit off topic, but would you consider doing a vid on magnesium? there seem to be so many forms of it, I'm at a loss which one to use...

  • Thanks for this video! It sounds very interesting, so I will definetly check it out! =)

  • I still like to use the powder form. A heaping tablespoon with some Camu Camu powder, pinch of sea salt and 2 tbsp lemon juice in spring water. The lemon masks the taste big time. This supplement is wonderful and almost levitational at times.

  • please do a video on staying motivated to get to the gym. I was going for a couple months but now I can't seem to get back on track. I felt so much better when I was working out. By the way, I quit coffee 6 days ago and went through withdrawal. Last night I slept so well and had heavenly dreams.

    look into Swiss-Kriss laxatives.

  • OK Brandon, first you need some vacation time! Hair cut takes 10 minutes (I think you did that already!), but 6 to 7 days a week working? That has to be a robot! How you do that?

  • Thanks for the info.as usual your are concise and informative. Be well

  • @soulmambo you are quite welcome :)

  • I used to take msm but never knew exactly how or why. Back to the drug store.

  • @dontfeedthefear yes, MSM works great w. vitamin c, i forgot to mention that =]

  • At one point in my life i was the biggest pot head you could find; smoking on average two to three times a day....Just got use to that flow or habbit of living. Now as i try to rejuvinate my body and mind i find these videos very useful in my fight for a natural physic and zen. these videos always bring back a state of bliss helping to realize it is possible. Goodlooking out on the videos man.

  • @blackroc123 thanks for the kind words :)

  • always comin thru

  • @demanding2bfree thanks

  • Is the sulfur in magnesium sulfate(epsom salt) the same, or is it an inorganic form?

  • @ludachristo its different i am pretty sure

  • Hi,I use pine pollen, hemp powder, maca, spirulina,a phyto protein supp.,moringa, and a green powder in a smoothie. I start my day with larginine powder. I am interested in msm powder.I also use chlorella.is it okay to include this new nutrient? Iwould appreciate your input, thanks. Be well

  • @soulmambo yes, you can include this w. out any problem.

  • Thank you for the great info. MSM has helped me heal from compress disc from having scoliosis and not stretching enough. I have been taking 3 grams a day for a few months along with yoga and working out. I will bump up my dosage and hopefully get nice results.

  • Hey man, thanks for the info. Got one question though: is there any time you stop taking MSM? What I mean is, is there a time that it offers you no more benefits, like a sort of apex you can get at? Or will it always keep improving your body, even after taking, say, very high doses for over two years? Thanks, Ingmar

  • @ingmar013 i think if you are taking pharmaceuticals then you to be careful of your MSM consumption, otherwise i dont think there is an upper limit since it is a naturally occurring element. ive been doing it for years and it keeps giving me results.

  • Have you ever tried DMSO?

  • @keithlmh i haven't yet

  • What kind of working out do you do?

  • Glad I have some of this, gonna start taking it more regularly..thanks!

  • I like this angle/style better :D More natural..

  • Dissolving MSM powder in lemon water takes that taste away pretty much. But... I'm trying capsules next :+)

  • @TerminusIntroduction this does work for smaller doses. try it with 1-2 TBs and see how it tastes :)

  • @herbgardner00 Guess I've gotten used to the taste heehee

  • MSM is back and I am personally back on the MSM for the spring/summer active season!

  • @WinWinSituations sweet =]

  • I wanted to share my video concerning msn . thanks so much.

  • Nice bro, I have a bottle (powder) but i've gotten away from taking it. Ultimate superfoods has msm- I'm pretty close to becoming a member of dr. Cassar's earth shift products and protocols. Any thoughts???

  • I like this format! You need a new background on your other videos, it's just blah, the thumbnails don't look very inviting. Thanks for the info

  • @tanncou thanks for the comment. in my mind the content of the video is more important than the thumbnail. i like your suggestion though and ill keep it in mind.

  • Hey Brandon, thanks for the info on MSM, haven't really tried it out yet, so this just made it more tempting!

Anywho, i was curious if you've tried the "Extra Virgin Red Palm Oil" (Not to be confused with Coconut Oil)? I just haven't seen much reliable information on in as of yet.

  • @Gruffene i dont know much about it honestly. ive never eaten it.

  • Thanks for another interesting and original video! Do you know if MSM occurs naturally in any foods? The benefits sound wonderful, but It seems strange to take something that isn't found in food, and doesn't taste like food.

  • @xbeckyx21 it can be naturally found it food, but not in high enough amounts for us to notice the difference. this is largely to the way food is grown and the environment its grown in. aloe vera would probably be the biggest food source. again, supplementing w. it is the best way to get the effects.

  • @herbgardner00 Thanks Brandon :) I recently bought an aloe vera plant which I'm looking forward to experimenting with! Also a massive thank you for the amazing offer on all your courses which I'm really enjoying so far.

  • thank you very much

  • @monoxygen2012 you're welcome =]
