Yes, I work at Hollister and it is deffantly the shit. My mangers are pretty chill and everybdy I work with are cool as hell. We have alota fun especially closing time we do things similar to this. Lol
And omg.. how many people come in and ask if they can buy the surfboards?? My manager was the shit back in the day and he'd always reply like "Psh.. I'd rather surf on a brick." lol
I miss everything but the pay.. lol even as IMPACT, payroll was shit. But you don't work there because they pay a lot. THIS is why you work there. lol
Trust me, you do NOT want to work at Hollister. A lot of people think the job is good pay, but it's really more of a fuck around/status job. The hours suck; managers are just worried about recruiting more and more people who fit the "brand image" to the point where you can only have so many hours a week. Did I also mention that DM's and RM's come in screaming at you, calling the crew ugly if the manager is doing a bad job at recruiting? This was three years ago, don't know about now.
