Anas reported that the Prophet (saws) passed by some people who were wrestling. He asked, “What is this?” They said: “So-and-so is the strongest, he can beat anybody.” The Prophet (saws) said, “Shall I not tell you who is even stronger then him? The man who, when he is mistreated by another, controls his anger, has defeated his own Shaytan and the Shaytan of the one who made him angry.”(Reported by al-Bazzaar, and Ibn Hajr said its isnaad is saheeh. Al-Fath, 10/519)
If you want to know how really strong you are, then have a look at your own Iman and fear from Allaah. The more you fear Allaah, the more strong you are and people will fear you.
Salaam Alaykum, I think this is one of hte topics so many Muslims kind of leave under the rug. I also think this is a good video for brothers AS WELL AS sisters. Alhamdulilah most of us dont have as much rage as males do due to hormones but I've seen them get pretty angry, petty or "catty" May allah subhana wa ta ala reward you. I will show this video to friends and see if they know someone who will benefit from this.
