  • @naruto04 this is great for pregnant moms! Make sure you are getting lots of greens and lots of fresh fruits and veggies! I wish I ate this way when I was pregnant w/ my kids! Check out Kristensraw blog. She is currently expecting and raw. You may find her blog helpful! Let her know I sent ya!

  • 80/10/10 by doug graham.Low fat raw vegan is the best way to go. i wish I could stay on more than 5 days. i always go off it now and go off so badly.I realize that water is very important b/c you are detoxing and it needs to dilute or it becomes to toxic in your blood. I need a real fast with water too. My husband is 80/10/10 for almost 2 yrs. He doesn't smell at all and his breath is so sweet. I encourage you to stay on this, don't stop! I am jealous!

Your video (this one in particular) was extremely informative and well thought out!=-) The lifestyle switch MUST have made you smarter, HeHe JK. I have experienced many of the same effects, and when I ate cooked food, I immediately noticed the return of unpleasant "symptoms" that I used to think were just a part of my life. For me, there is a huge difference between 100% and anything less than that. I'm so glad you are still doing raw and sharing your journey with us.

  • I so agree w/you about the greens & hydration. I tried getting 2 bunches of greens a day but it was making me very full so I'm back to 1 bunch a day. That's interesting about the whites of your eyes. Ever since I got sick back in 2005 mine haven't been white. Also I've experienced alot of the same things w/my skin & teeth etc.
