Levy Charges against him for breaking and entering, unlawful detention, trespassing and harassment. When the cops charges fail (ie they go dismissed) it make any charges you place on them that much more credible. Also, you might want to add some cameras inside the garage or under the hang of the house roof to get those people angles once they are on the property. If you ask me, you should have shot the bastard for assaulting you in your home, but those days are gone.
