  • I WANT SNOW

  • you its global warming super!

  • good thing i live on west coast...........

  • @RiskTaker911

i'd rather have the snow storms than the earthquakes and sunburns you people get in cali/west coast.

  • hohohohoho no snow in finland

  • haha the Norwegian weather came to The US early :3

  • no power for 7 days our temp in house 51 degrees.

  • try driving around in the dark with no traffic lights, down trees in the middle of the road, dark neighborhoods, no heat, down power lines for days (all this while kids are still trying to trick r treating), no food, lines to gas stations & fast food joints causing backed up traffic for miles and see how you like it.

  • yeah same here in ct. power out for 5 nights. Slept in the cold the entire time. Shelters were too noisy for a early riser like myself. Had to throw out everything in my fridge. Still had to go to work though. paycheck to paycheck .

  • "dodnt expect snow in october" then wtf happened in buffalo ny in 2008? jesus' dandrif?

  • Lucky you folks that didn't get hit. I was without power for 7 nights. I've lived in MA all my life. THIS WAS NOT NORMAL. The story focused on CT but I live in a small town in MA, one of the last to get power back. We are used to snow but this was crippling, like tornadoes had gone through several states. Don't comment if you are going to make fun of people's suffering.

  • @tina2dicks aw ain't u sweet?

  • @tina2dicks snow was not the fucking issue dumbass,..it's power outage we lost power for 4 days fool

  • Up here in Canada, there's still green grass and seasonal temperatures. Maybe other countries get snow too, EH?!

  • Lool damage off snow :D

  • Canada no snow for us LOL

  • @psp785 Up in Canada that Weather won't Stop the Canadian kid's from playing Street Hockey!!

  • I hope Al Gore is shoveling the global warming off his driveway right now. LOL

  • @MrHangbush HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

  • Okay, all you Earth residents. I've got lots more snow and howling winds in the coming months. You just wait.

    signed,

    God

  • earth may be experiencing or trying to correct for low oxygen levels (view darvaz pit) ice melts to release oxygen & there has been volcanic activity near the north pole in 2011

  • Global warming or Global warning.....we haven't even seen much more than a half inch of snow on our local mountain here overlooking Vancouver Canada and that's all melted. Yers we had a dusting of snow at the 3,000 ft level but that had melted the next day...so why all the snow so far south in Maryland when our mountains here remain green,...what gives???

  • So Dec 2012 still getting closer.

  • should just not dress as a ghost, or KKK...lost in snow.

  • Only a FOOL thinks a snow storm proves Anthropogenic Climate Change is not real...Matter of fact this "could" be a symptom of the extremes we can expect from AGW. Folks need to learn how science works & why it is so important we begin to live in a sustainable world instead of endless consumption. Or you can continue listening to Right Wing pundits who know NOTHING about the science! The choice is ours.

  • @Viracocha711 We lost probably hundreds of thousands of deciduous trees in this, in CT alone. If this happens again before the leaf fall, our problem, come summer will be falling dead-wood. If this happens every year, it will completely change the landscape. And still there will be people saying, "What global warming? It's snowing." It's not just that they listen to right wing garbage, but that they themselves are zealots who have taken climate change denial as a new religion. A lost cause.

  • @Viracocha711 Arctic ice coverage for Oct is the 2nd lowest ever, vast areas of the Arctic ocean are ice free, dark sea water radiates heat into space cooling the northern hemisphere. It's an AGW tipping point.

Bintanja et al., 2011. Arctic winter warming amplified by the thermal inversion and consequent low infrared cooling to space. Nature Geoscience 4, 758-761.

Hondaet et al., 2009. Influence of low Arctic sea‐ice minima on anomalously cold Eurasian winters. Geophysical Research Letters 36.

  • @Diamonddavej If only the FACTS worked to convince the IGNORANT masses we are changing our planet for the worse then I guess we would not be in this situation. Instead the Right Wing Authoritarian voices in the USA carry more weight than the word of Climate Scientist! What other developed nation will you see a head of a major political party like the Republican Sen. James Inhofe invoke the FUCKING BIBLE to a panel of Climate Scientist in order to prove how they are wrong! Seriously? WTF?!?!?!
