How would you deal with a single action revolver like an Uberti Cattleman or a Ruger Vaquero that may not be amenable to cylinder removal to make the line safe or to enter the indoor range? Seems like your range officers and trainers may not be familiar with those firearms and may consider training on them for CCW to be ill-advised. Your thoughts?

as a Butte county resident and CCW holder I am very proud with my counties stance on issuance of CCW's. that being said In this video i saw a lot of miss use of weapons and poor marksmanship. I would think that such a class would have some proper instruction on how to handle a fire arm along with correct shooting technique. I dare say that there were a few people there that did not pass as they did not qualify with their weapons as can clearly bee seen by their targets.

The County Sheriff's issues the permits. Butte County Sheriffs office is in Oroville, Ca. You have to be resident of the county that issues your permit. Thanks for the question. Hope this helps.
