Could someone tell me where i can find the song "The Huskies are Winners" on CD ? or for that matter, cass. Lp? or whatever option is left. my husband was stationed in NSB Bangor in 86 - 1988. also, does anyone have knowledge of the song that goes, "...cause i'm a fool for Seattle one more time" or some words to that affect. I'm uncertain as to whether that's the title of it or not. Also, the Mariners song from that time on tv: "You and the M's are playin' for Keeps tonight". Thank You!

Yeah, you did win the Apple Cup, but I honestly thought Washington was slightly better last year than Wazzu, just unfortunate. Washington almost upset BYU and wasn't blown out as bad as Wazzu in most games. I still don't know how Wazzu won the Apple Cup, because as far as I'm concerned, that win was on the level of Iowa beating Penn State, an unexpected upset. But you know who's to blame for the 0-12 season, Tyrone Willingham. Call me crazy, but I think Washington has a chance of going 8-4.

My oldest sister goes to UW. I wanna go to WSU. Being from Hawaii where 'Ohana is a big thing, I want to go to a school that's in a tight-knit community and WSU fit that description. WSU's alumni association I heard is one of the best in donating. That's why there's a variety of scholarships I am eligible for receiving from them. Especially just because I live in Hawaii. UW, however didn't give my oldest sister any scholarships. :(

Washington State is a good school. They might not have a good football team, but the ambience of Pullman should make up for that and then some. The one difference is that you'd better get used to some wilder weather than you're used to in Hawaii.

I like how at how at the beginning of the "Coug-Apple parody" the Husky notes that the UW has a better med and engineering, while the coug notes that WSU has better agriculture and communications. I think its funny because it makes it sound like the schools are equal, when in fact, UW also has better natural sciences (literally all of them are better), economics, english, music, arts, psychology, business, computer science and many, many, more. Lots of Cougs transfer to the UW, not vice versa.
