@voelkmic Dude, get your facts right, when Megadeth reformed in 2004 Dave tried to get the Rust In Peace Line-up, Marty Friedman and Dave Ellefson wouldn't do it, that's why when the band toured "The System Has Failed" Dave was accompanied by the Drover brothers and James MacDonough.

James left after Gigantour and was replaced by James LoMenzo in 2005. In 2008 Glen Drover left the band to focus on his family, and Chris Broderick replaced him, and Ellefson returned in 2010. Marty had his chance

Why are people giving Drover shit? This is one of the cleanest Tornado of Souls solos I've seen live, including the ones where Marty played.

He added his own twist, as any great player would do, and IMO made it even more intense. I also think his tone is the *absolute* best of all the guitarists Megadeth has had. Nostalgia needs to take a seat.

Let him take singing lessons and become like every other loser out there with an album contract. Who cares? I've seen him live and he's the best show out there. I'll take him any day over anyone. He's a genius like Trent Reznor, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, or any other singer/songwriter of today.
