Cops are fucking assholes man... I wish i had john hancock's powers so I could just give every cop like him a slow and painful death rip out all of his limps and then leave him on a sidewalk somewhere then pepper spray his eyes UP his nose until it runs out, then do it to every single cop like him.
@Joolazoo no tipping her over caused her to choke on her own barf. on that same episode they hinted at it in a scene before that where Skyler told white to lay the baby on her stomach or the same thing would happen. But he didn't realize until after he had turned her over. Anyway the point is that hes not guilty of killing her directly, but guilty of not saving her life. And not saving her is also the indirect cause of the plane crash
The cop asked or told him seven times to stay in the car or step back before he used force. Where did people ever get this silly idea that you can refuse to do what a cop tells you to do without consequences? That's what cops are for: to make you do what you're supposed to do if you won't do it yourself. If Hank hadn't intervened, Walt could've properly been prosecuted for obstructing a police officer based on this.
@SlapstickCoyote Walt is not responsible if Jane´s father wanted to keep working so soon after her daughter´s death or that his employers allowed him to do so or that his daughter was a fucking junkie, or that Jane´s father was really stupid to let her do any of the things she did, he didn´t even caused her death he just let her die. So Walt is not responsible, it´s just fate.
The moral of the story is do what the cops say. Don't agree with the ticket? Then suck it up and take it to court. Getting angry just gets you stressed. What's the point?
The officer should've considered the circumstances behind the windshield and could've easily warned him to simply get it fixed. But instead he wants to ticket a man who already has to pay for repairs for damage that he didn't cause so soon after a horrific accident.
Walt should've stayed in the car and if he was that upset he could've argued his case in court. I'm sure a judge would've ruled in his favor and dropped the ticket.
heisenberg was as good of a plot dynamic as fucking walt jr being called flynn. it's impossible to go on a youtube video of walt doing something somewhat cool without idiots in the comments yelling OH MAN DIS WAS DA POINT WEN I RELISED THAT WALT HAD BECOM HESENBURG
@TehBurnout22 I finally saw what he had become when he used the potted plant on Ted's window. No longer was he a mild-mannered science teacher. He had become a criminal mastermind!
Cops fail to realize who pays them to dress up and have a gun, because I don't know any other profession that your allowed to act like an annoying douche giving orders to the person responsible for your paycheck. Plus why are cops being used as moral reinforcers, as long as you don't harm anyone I believe we have the right to do whatever we want. We are morally responsible to know when to use a gun, but we need plenty of laws to tell us what we can't and can do to our own self?
@cinsed wrote; "I don't know any other profession that your allowed to act like an annoying douche giving orders to the person responsible for your paycheck." ... yea, dude, that's called a cop. Welcome to reality.
Funny, because Walter never took agressive action toward the cop, And or attempted to make contact with him. Therefore, the pepper spray could be categorized as excessive force.
@blizzy00 He was aggressive, even though we understand his emotions at the time. He got closer and closer, increasingly agitated, and wouldn't listen to a single instruction. You doom yourself by repeatedly not listening to instruction alone, or you doom yourself by approaching the officer in an agitated state alone, and you doom yourself for certain by doing all of that, regardless of intent by either side.
Its funny because he can express his opinion but if he does it in such a manner that would make the officer feel uneasy he has the right to restrain him. If a officer tells you to back down and you don't, guess what that is considered resisting and they can restrain you, so don;t get butthurt because america's laws aren't enforced, they are enforced, people take advantage of the law way too much and get what they deserve.
Walter should have had that cop whacked. In real life cops are just as annoying. Stopping people for seatbelts and god knows what else. Pretty soon people will be going to jail just to get a bed and 3 meals a day.
@dmix09 I like how people think poor Walt's rights were violated when, in fact, they weren't. The cop never told him he couldn't speak (freedom of speech) he simply asked him to calm down (verbal directive to achieve a physical act). After several directives Walt still wouldn't calm down nor return to his car. Alot of people like to pull the freedom of speech thing in cases such as this and it just baffles me why lol.
@kiddcody2001 Really? Since when is physical assault ever an acceptable defense against verbal attack? Not to mention being thrown into the back of a police car, only to later be locked up. He's only an officer of the law, which doesn't entitle him to do any of that to a law-abiding citizen, simply for raising his voice. The reality of it is that much, much worse happens, and far too often. Cops are given too much power, with too few consequences of abuse. (Tickets can be mailed by the way)
@dmix09 disagree on that. walt was really out of it and unpredictable this scene. i would've given any cop right on that part. i get your standpoint though and yes its easy to abuse somebodys rights as a higher state of authority.
@dmix09 wtf is going on with this ACAB shit here? walt was clearly in rage and the officer had no idea about his condition. he could have been out of it, just looking at the way he reacted and also the cop alerted him several times.
