That means the government must have a compelling reason to burden your right to marry. Not so for same sex marriages. Laws that burden same sex marriages must meet a much lowwer threshhold to survive constitutional scrutiny. The judge simply said there is no rational reason for prohibiting same sex marriages because moral reasons alone are insufficient.

All the Republican leaders since have been driving up the debt and much of that is because of the refusal to raise taxes to meet the needs of their trigger happy foreign policy while they willfully neglect any major reinvestment into the American infrastructure (plus their overabundance of CORPORATE WELFARE in the form of corporate subsidies).
This additional spending wouldn't have been necesssary if Bush hadn't trashed our economy. That means the government must have a compelling reason to burden your right to marry. Not so for same sex marriages. Laws that burden same sex marriages must meet a much lowwer threshhold to survive constitutional scrutiny. The judge simply said there is no rational reason for prohibiting same sex marriages because moral reasons alone are insufficient.

Why don't you go back and see WHO actually brought up the subject of the economy and wanted to do something about it (Bush). It's a bit of a stretch to say Cap and Trade is "control of the soil". State ownership of the land and/or the means of production (as per by Marx) are not part of cap and trade.
It may be a tax...but taxation is not inherently Marxist.
Government didn't "take over Fannie/Fredie under Obama as they were always (see their charters) quasi governmental.
Obama gave them support but did not change their nature. that support is allowing many people to get new, affordable mortages.

The governments preferred stock must be repaid and relinquished when the company becomes profitable..there is no mechanism for government to retain ownership after the debt is paid.

Regardless, it's communist,radical idealogies that are obamas trademark that show itself in his words and books. Alinsky was another communist that wrote out of Chicago,obama read and followed some of those ideals.
