While I was at BNU I didn't have any real problems. The clothes hanging up were just to dry... no dryers available in the dorm, just washers. I found that the dorm rent was a bit higher than I would be paying for a shared apartment, so in the end I moved out to live with a couple friends not far from the school.

seems there are too many overseas students, they have to buy the building across the street.
