i think its silly to have positive or negative views toward someone when it comes to this. i personally am male and shave my whole body [occasionally eyebrows and scalp] because it feels liberating to me. if someone else doesn't or does because they're told, well its just folly then isn't it? it's what parents tell their children constantly, it is whats on the inside that counts.

I like shaving my body hair with the clippers against the flow of the hair. I find it lifts the follicles upwards and gets more hairs.

People have also been dumb for centuries and even though many still are dumb the level of education and self counciousness is better nowadays I believe.

And it's not just about men, women with too much body hair don't attract me the least. Licking body hair? yea that must be awesome(sarcasm)

Being well groomed or waxed is not just an aesthetic thing, it's a question of personal higiene. The same reason why people get an haircut.

Hairy men are AWESOME. Seriously, height-weight proportionate, non-smoking men are the BEST! hairy chest, hairy back, soft hairy shoulders, legs, butt, the whole hairy packages is cool.

It is really pathetic the hair fear in america. Body hair is normal. I wouldn't even date someone if they shaved their body. yuck.

It is too bad that you feel that way about yourself. 

When I was growing up we had realistic images on television and elsewhere of what a natural person looks like.

Unfortunate screwed over younger generations right now have had to put up with aweful pathetic unrealistic images, both men and women.

But there's a point where you have to look past self-image, and what you think others think of you...sometimes too much hair is a problem with practicality. It's uncomfortable and gets in the way. And it's a bitch to clean up..

To be real honest with you, man...I don't give a damn very much what I look like. As far as looking hairy is concerned, I'm fine with it.
