C3 chord is a G major 7th (actual Bb maj 7th) except with an open high E string...usually played 3x5432 but Justin plays x55430...he also might be adding the bass note with the thumb 355430

C2 seems to be sliding between the two: x44320...

It's an F chord...with the Low E string muted and the high E string open x32110...he starts playing on the third fret (so it's technically a G), then slides it down, 3rd, 2nd, 1st, but the basic shape is an F chord with a muted Low E and open high E. Forget this C3, C2 stuff...it's simple. It's also obviously capo'd on the 3rd fret so adjust accordingly.
