Make some flyers, with photos of thee cops on the front, pass them out to people outside the courthouse, staying on public property, but tell everyone what happened and that they are free to merely NOT ATTEND as it is obviously a PRIVATE COURT. Get people turning away from court, with documents in hand allowing them to write in to the court refusing their services, and you will see them take remedial action.

When dealing with them you are dealing with ignorance in its most perfect form, they simply follow orders and do not have the capacity to question those orders, that is why they have been employed.
