ITS CALLED A DACUS(DASH ATTACK CANCEL UP SMASH)

its executed by dashing then pushing the c-stick down then instantly pressing up+z some characters can do it like snake or falco, but all of them have different timings wolfs timing is about .5 seconds

you are totaly correct, he is performing a dash attack cancel or dash smash for short, a boost smash is when you dash and cancel the smash with an up smash, but i can see why he/she got the terms cofused.

this is called a dash attacj cancel just run c stick down and immiadietly press z and up at the same time it takes some practice
