At first I thought it was weird that parents make their 3 year olds work hard but you are not pushing her at all and you are using those easy things to learn everything. I think that is great and different from some other parents. She looks like she really enjoys it, so keep up =)

Her handstands were very good for a 3 year old. I am a coach and I usually dont see that much control, esp in the tummy, untill at least 5 or 6..sometimes not even then. When she does her backbends have her look back at the floor with straight arms..i bet she can do it! also try having her do it up an incline . Thats the best way for them to learn a backbend. Good luck!!

She is so cute and pretty talented too. Did you do gymnastics because you seem to know how to spot her. My dd is 5 years old and a 4 year old and they both started gymnastics at 3years old too. It so mush fun to them progress in the sport. Good luck to heather and I love to see more videos of her as she progresses.

No I did not do gymnastics ever. Though I wish my parents had put me through. They look like so much fun. I learn fast watching and reading. I will deffinetly post more videos as she progresses, if she chooses to continue in them. So far she loves it. Thanks! :)
