So sorry that I somehow missed this question for so long! It's called WhiteCap, I just run it with WMP and you can pick the type of animation you like and it does the rest. Recorded it using the FRAPS program.

I've had the cd this is from for almost 20 years. It was the first New Age music I bought.

I always thought the lyrics to this song were:

I always thought the singer sounded like Bernadette Peters, but I know it's not her.
