@68gamer If you're choregraphing a fight you will just need to practise endlessly. Speeding it up with effects just looks fake and you will get less respect for it. Just figure out the moves you will perform step by step and practice untill you can do it very fast with no mistakes. Then you are ready to film :) Just remember that if you want it to look better you will need to video it all from several different angles then crop and edit it until you have a finished product. Hope this helped.
