I really don't see why people need to be so rude when commenting on this video.

It really, really wasn't as bad as people are making it out to be. It certainly wasn't horrible. You CAN sing. I quite enjoyed it actually.

Some of the comments do give good advice. For instance, you should avoid splitting up the words and then adding a "false H" into them.

A good music teacher could help you out with stuff like this.

I do realize this video is rather old. But still. I felt the want to say this.

This is my favorite song by Chevelle... unfortunately, I'm not diggin this cover... Work on the vocals some more & please try not to break up the words... "reh hed" ew... it's "RED" & "FREAK", not "fre ehk", but don't give up... Work on it, improve it, forget about the camera, & repost it!!!

her voice is actually pretty good. she just does funny low high thing that makes her sound bad. and she needs to push a little more in her Diaphragm when she goes high.

@TheDemonicPancake What her problem is that she is not used to singing yet, by that i mean her voice hasnt matured enough to stay on pitch, she drifts sharp and flat cause she has a constant tone.

A vibrato in her voice when she holds out the notes would make a tremendos difference, but again, its lack of experience.

Gotta give her props though, i havnt seen a girl sing this yet. Kinda makes me want to get my girl and do a duet of it...haha.

This could sound really good. You have power in your voice. But...

1. Staring at the camera freaked me out.

2. You're trying to get too fancy with the lyrics. Some things just don't work. What you're doing throws the listener off the rhythm and ruins the lyrical flow.

3. Work on landing right on the notes, not in the general vicinity. This song in particular is very unforgiving. You're in good company here, though. Chevelle has problems singing this song live.

when you push your voice like that. like when your singing SEEING RED AGAIN you say AGAHAN, and the red you go the rehed it really doesnt sound good, it makes it sound like you don't know how to sing. you're also off pitch, on a few things.
