  • It is not difficult but requires practice. When I was in china, my neighbor owned a noodle restaurant. One day, he hired a Jewelry maker who had a hut next to his restaurant. That guy mastered in days. I was very skinny at that time. He told me if I stretch the dough for a month, I would get awesome muscles

  • It is not easy you really have to work the dough untill the gluten breaks down so it will become elastic.
