umm.... im not a track athlete but I do play college football an some of our speed training is track stuff. But if you ran a 10.1 in this video your lying. Cause just listen to the gun go off an the timer on the screen. Its at least 12 seconds. I do know some fast white boys though so i wouldn't doubt it. But 10.1??? You could qualify an probably come in second in the olympics with that time. So its kind of hard to believe

Thats not too bad, i was (and still am) 5'4". I was hitting 11.6 in eighth grade myself and .2 secs. is a lot in the 100. So your doing pretty good right now. I got 11.3 today as a sophmore in H.S. Just keep practicing and you'll be doing good in high school.
