The black fan is the CPU cooler, Under that is the CPU,The PurePower is the Power supply, The blue card is the Video card or GPU and the Ram is right by the CPU fan. FInally all this stuff is plugged into the motherboard.

no your dad changed up everything besides the motherboard. its still an asus mobo. the psu and the gpu are new (if it was 2008)
