Hi i am a 6'4'' 230 lb 25 yr individual who has been working out for almost 2 years. over these 2 years i have been getting 150-230g protein per day to build muscle. Well because i recently lost my job about a month ago and b/c protein is fairly expensive i have not been getting in the low end of my required protein intake. Instead i probably get between 100-150g with eggs and carbohydrates that have protein in them like pasta/beans. Will i see fat gain? What can i do?
