This is a "blend" not a "remix". A remix is where the beat is made specifically for the vocals. This beat is on Dilla's 2004 beat tapes as an instrumental. Someone took this beat and the biggie acapella and meshed them together very well. Not a remix though. Also whoever did this you can tell biggie's vocals are sped up to match the beat.
