i dont think she has much control of her voice, but on the cds she sounds amazing, it just goes to show how much they can make you sound good in the studio
JoJo has improved a lot live. Not that she was bad before, she tends to get really nervous and her voice gets very shaky

She's really good live, especially since she's moving around a lot and it's really hard to sing when you're moving/dancing; at least it is for me.
