  • I once roadied for Saxon and one of the flight cases I unloaded I was told to put in the dressing room. When it was opened Isaw it contained the bands personal tea urn and 4 large blue and white striped tea mugs all set in shaped foam.Rock n Roll man!

  • One of Vic and Bobs finest imho

  • GET TO BED

  • i heard a radio interview with noddy he said everywhere he goes people shout cup a soup at him

  • Hahahahahaha, sooo funny!

  • SAHBfan I remember seeing a Noddy Holder interview and Noddy saying it wasn't that far from what it was like being in slae hahahahha

  • The producers sent the Reeves and Mortimer scripts to Noddy holder before they recorded this - they were worried in case there might be litigation or something. Actually, Noddy is said to have thought it hysterically funny and gave them lots of ideas, so there is much more reality in these sketches than people might realise ;-)

  • I read that too, it's brilliant! XD

  • Type in TEES BALLY FIBBER into You Tube for some more northern comedy. You will NOT be disappointed.

  • Fantastic!

    rAN63

  • if they did live together it would have been just like this lol.

  • I have a cat piddling on my marigolds...can you send Noddy over to douse it with Cup a soup?

  • FUCKIN BRILLIANT, WELL DONE GUYS

  • cup a soop!

  • Forgive this Yank - But wot's the cup-a-soop bit? Did Slade do ads for Lipton in the 80's or something? Thanx - Chester

  • Cup a soup is a disgusting powdered soup that you add boiling water to. It's just funny that Reeves and Mortimer's Slade drink it for every meal and consider it a tasty meal. It also fits in with cheap and tacky 70s Britain. We don't really drink Ice Tea over here.

  • i admit cup a soup is disgusting...but i've never thought the 70s tacky...i wish i'd been alive then.

  • I'm sorry, it's all good fun really. You might like this, my Dad is from Wrexham and he was friends with Andy Scott's sister back in the 70s! She told him what a hard time he had going into pubs in his hometown with all the make up on.

  • i wasn't digging at you...just sharing my opinion....but i take it, you've looked at my profile lol...or are you just that good at analysing people?

  • Yep I did, I wish I had such skills! Don't worry I didn't think you were digging. I think the 70s styles can be summed up as cheap and cheerful rather than tacky. Nobody had the money to be really well dressed but a bit of glitter and glam took the edge off all that 3-day-week business!

  • i wish 3 day weeks existed now...i'd choose tuesday, thursday and friday...and then have my weekend....but i try and keep the glitter alive as i walk down the streets.

  • Aaaah! Alfred Horsecock. Your name is the funniest thing on youtube apart from Slade At Home. Well done, yankeedoodle.

  • Fuck yeah

  • Out-fukin'-standing. Cheers.

  • Fuckin classic!
